By accessing or using Spinzelvo (spinzelvo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

The service

Spinzelvo provides a free, browser-based spinner wheel tool for randomly selecting names, winners, or outcomes from a user-supplied list. The service is provided "as is" with no account, subscription, or payment required for standard use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Spinzelvo only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site to run illegal lotteries, gambling schemes, or raffles prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site's normal operation, including through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity.

Intellectual property

The Spinzelvo name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of Spinzelvo unless otherwise noted. The names, lists, and entries you type into the wheel remain yours; we make no claim of ownership over content you enter, and as noted in our Privacy Policy, that content is never transmitted to our servers.

Disclaimer of warranties

Spinzelvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. While spin results are generated using a cryptographically random source, we make no guarantee regarding suitability of the tool for legally binding drawings, contests, or lotteries — check your local regulations before using it for that purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spinzelvo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any disputes arising from a raffle, contest, or decision made using the wheel.

Advertising and third-party services

Spinzelvo may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense, and may use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the site.
