Solving the 'who's on whose team' argument
Picking teams by captains choosing one at a time is one of the most reliable ways to make the last few people picked feel singled out. A random draw avoids that entirely — nobody is 'chosen last' because nobody is choosing at all.
To build teams, spin with elimination mode on and assign each name that comes off the wheel to a team in rotation (first name to Team A, second to Team B, and so on). For turn order rather than teams, just record the order names are removed from the wheel — that's your fair, randomized sequence.
